Authenticity guarantee
- Every coin, bar and round I sell is guaranteed genuine. Gold and silver is tested before it is listed, and graded coins are listed with their grading service and certification number.
- If a piece is ever found not to be authentic, or not what I described, I refund the full price and the shipping, and I pay the return shipping.
- I describe condition and flaws plainly, and I would rather lose a sale than oversell a piece.
Shipping and insurance
- Shipping is free, and always insured.
- Orders ship within 2 business days after payment clears. Card payments clear at once; bank transfers (ACH) can take a few business days to clear before I ship. Some orders take up to 3 business days while I confirm the payment.
- Orders travel by the United States Postal Service. Time in the mail depends on how far the package has to go. Most orders go Registered Mail, which is signed for at every step and is slower than ordinary mail: allow 2 to 14 days in the mail after it ships. Lower-value pieces go Priority Mail, which usually takes 1 to 3 business days.
- Everything travels insured and trackable, with a signature required on higher-value orders. The tracking number is emailed to you and appears on your order status page.
- I ship within the United States. If a package arrives damaged, do not accept it if you can, take photos, and write to me the same day: I handle the insurance claim and make it right.
Returns
- Numismatic and collectible pieces: if you are not happy for any reason, tell me within 7 days of delivery and send it back insured, in the condition you received it. You pay the return postage. I refund the purchase price when it arrives.
- Bullion priced by the metal market (generic coins, bars, rounds and junk silver): these are tied to the daily spot price, so they cannot be returned for a change of mind. They can always be returned if they are not as described or not authentic.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method within a few business days of the piece reaching me.
- Questions about an order? Write to me through the contact page and I will sort it out personally.
